With over 12 years experience of developing web sites and over 15 years Internet experience, we have had plenty of time to know what's what on the Internet. We have plenty of skills available for use, including:

• HTML/XHTML/CSS - We endeavour to follow standards where possible, in some cases it's not possible but we try and validate our work against the w3 standards where possible.
• JavaScript - We have written some form of JavaScript practically every day for the last 7 years, with applications ranging from games, electronic program guides on TV, chat applications, to image rollovers, DHTML, and other web apps.
• Site Validation - We can validate your site against the w3 standards and on various web browsers on different operating systems, this includes accessibility reports to see if your site is accessible to none-standard web browsers such as screen readers, and down grade tests - how does your web site work when scripting is disabled or a user is missing a plug-in. We can also fix problems we come across or just provide you with a report of problems from our tests.
• Link Validation - We can check links on your web site are valid and work.
• E-commerce - We can provide shopping carts, either bespoke or off the shelf, and integration into payment processing systems such as Paypal, Protx, Netbanx, Worldpay, HSBC ePayments CPI, and most other payment processing systems.
• Design to XHTML/CSS conversion - We can take your design from Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, etc and quickly create clean XHTML/CSS that is cross browser compatible.
• Popular Web Apps - We can install and/or customise popular web applications such as Blog software e.g. Wordpress, Forum software e.g. phpBB and vBulletin, or any other popular software for you taking the hassle and headaches that some of these produce when installing or customising or installing modifications.
• Our Own Software - We have a small suite of software that we can easily install and customise to your requirements. The suite includes gallery software, contact forms (including some simple or complex spam filtering), image upload, and simple mailing list software. (Suite currently requires PHP/MySQL).
• PHP 4 and 5 - PHP is used on millions of sites around the World, we can take existing code or write code from scratch to your requirements.
• Database integration - MySQL, Access, or MSSQL, we can help integrate a database using PHP, ASP or ASP.NET.
• Content Management Systems (CMS) - We can either provide a bespoke solution or try integrate an off the shelf package to make web site updates and management a breeze without having to know what's going on in the background.
• Website Maintenance/Updates - We can maintain or update your website for you, simple HTML updates/validation fixes or content updates can be carried out for you if required.
• Upload services - Got a slow Internet connection and want to upload some large files? We can upload your files from CD or DVD for you or host large files on a temporary or permanent basis.
• HTML Optimisation/Cleaning - A lot of web sites use a lot of extra HTML that isn't required or have been generated in something like Frontpage or MS Word that create extra "HTML" that isn't supported in all browsers or just isn't needed. Another problem is HTML that isn't well formatted will make it difficult to maintain. We can clean up the HTML, remove HTML that isn't needed and leave you with a more efficient site where browsers will show a page faster as it's well formed and the size of page will be smaller.
• Image Optimisation - Despite broadband, it's still important to have optimised images that load quickly and efficiently and still look good. A lot of ISP's have bandwidth limits in place on home connections, and even hosting providers still limit your bandwidth and disc space, so reducing the size of an image is just as important as it was when everyone was on 56k dial up.
• Template Modification - We can work with most HTML templates, so if you have a template that you like we can manipulate and change it to customise it to what you want. This website was originally based around a template provided by edg3.co.uk and then altered by us to what we wanted.
• Video Format Conversions - We can convert from and to most video formats (DVD, mov, avi, quicktime, wmv windows media, xvid etc) to another format for you to use on your web page or for use on sites such as YouTube.
• Mobile Web - We can advise on and build mobile sites that will work well on mobile phones and similar devices allowing people to access your site whilst on the move. We can build WML WAP sites or build reduced resolution sites to run on smart phones or PDA's that don't have the same resolution screen as a computer.
• Web Design - Although we don't design directly, we can provide design services that will be outsourced or we can draw on the vast experience on how a site looks and feels to provide feedback on what works and what doesn't work.
• Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) - We can provide a SEO service that will look at your keywords, how you rank in the search engines, suggest how to improve your rankings, and optimise your site for your keywords and phrases. Please note, we don't offer link building services but can advise on sites you might want to get links from to improve your rankings.

We have been involved with some large hosting setups and has worked for ISP's doing project management, specification of hardware, network design, and implementation of the hosting service.

• Wi-Fi Setup - We can setup, secure and troubleshoot your wi-fi network or we can provide consultation on what you need in your home or office.
• xDSL/Cable Routers - We can setup, secure and troubleshoot your broadband router.
• PC and Laptop Networking - We can configure and setup your networking on your PC or laptop to work on your home or office network.
• Media Servers, HTPC and Games Consoles - We can setup and configure media servers, home theatre PC's (HTPC) and games consoles to work on your network at home or in the office.
• Firewalls - We can setup and provide firewalls or we can be used for consultancy on securing your network.
• Hosting Services - We can provide hosting at very competitive rates, from small amounts of disc space to un-metered or high bandwidth services. Web, Mail, DNS, FTP, or any other standard IP service can all be provided, managed or have the hardware specification to host a service. Our OS of choice is debian Linux, other operating systems can be used if required.

Besides networking, we can provide the following home/small office PC services:

• In-Home Services - We can currently provide in-home services to the Hilperton/Trowbridge (UK) and surrounding areas.
• Virus/adware/malware Removal - We can attempt to remove bad software from your computer, in the majority of cases this works but in some cases unfortunately you have to format and reinstall your computer.
• Software Installation/Removal - If you are not sure how to install or remove some software or want software installing on a new install and not sure what to install, then we can provide this service.
• Patching Service - Not sure how to get windows patched correctly ? We can setup windows update so that it updates office and windows, we can also patch machines for you with most of the latest patches without having to use the Internet to download from, this saves time especially if you have a slow connection and it saves money as you won't be charged for bandwidth usage.
• Hardware Maintenance and Upgrades - We can advise on hardware upgrades and provide maintenance if something is not working correctly.
• Custom PC Builds - We can build a PC for you, meaning you get the PC specification that you want, why waste money on hardware that's not required?
• PC Optimisation - We can optimise your Windows and your PC if it's not running to it's best ability.

With over 8 years experience of developing interactive applications and games for digital TV, we have strong Liberate skills and has many projects live in the UK that were developed for freethinking Ltd on Virgin Media.
